Grilled Pineapple With Coconut Cream Topping

  1. Whip the cream and liqueur to make stiff peaks.
  2. Fold in the coconut cream, cover and chill until required.
  3. Melt the butter and stir in the allspice.
  4. Brush the mixture all over the pineapple slices.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium-high.
  6. Arrange the pineapple on the rack and cook for about two minutes on each side, or until slightly charred and heated through.
  7. Serve immediately with the coconut cream.
