Crunchy Cocoa Balls
- 4 cups cocoa sweetened rice cereal
- 6 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- PLACE cereal in large bowl.
- MICROWAVE chocolate, corn syrup and butter in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2-1/2 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time.
- Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Stir in vanilla.
- POUR chocolate mixture over cereal; mix lightly.
- With hands slightly moistened with cold water, shape into 1-inch balls.
- Place on wax paper-lined tray.
- Cool completely.
- Store in cool dry place.
