Salsa Cream Dip
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 16 ounces salsa
- 14 cup grated mild cheddar cheese
- 14 cup grated monterey jack pepper cheese
- 14 cup mozzarella cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In an 9 inch round pan, using a knife, cover the bottom of the pan entirely with cream cheese.
- (The layer can be as thin or as thick as you would like).
- Pour the jar of salsa evenly over the cream cheese.
- Sprinkle the three cheeses over the top of the salsa evenly.
- Place the pan in the oven and cook until all the cheese has melted.
