Chef's Seafood Maison

  1. Take your scallops and sauteed mushrooms with 2 ounches of garlic butter and heat them on high in a frying pan for approximately 3 minutes.
  2. Add the crab meat and shrimps and cook until shrimp are half cooked.
  3. Dust with 1 tbsp of flour while mixing, and add milk and wine -- Simmer until your sauce thickens.
  4. Cook rice while simmering.
  5. Serve with a small garden salad.
