Apple Cranberry Granola
- 2 cups Old Fasioned Oats
- 1 cup Quick Cooking Oats
- 23 cups Golden Milled Flaxseed
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 18 teaspoons Cloves
- 18 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 1/2 cups Pure Maple Syrup
- 13 cups Unsweetened Applesauce
- 18 teaspoons Maple Extract
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 23 cups Dried Apple Rings (chopped)
- 1/2 cups Dried Sweetened Cranberries
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, flaxseed, and spices.
- Set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together syrup, applesauce, and extracts.
- Pour syrup mixture into oats and stir until thoroughly combined.
- Spread onto a lined cookie sheet and bake for 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely before mixing in the apples and cranberries.
- Store in an airtight container.
