Apple Cranberry Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, flaxseed, and spices.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together syrup, applesauce, and extracts.
  5. Pour syrup mixture into oats and stir until thoroughly combined.
  6. Spread onto a lined cookie sheet and bake for 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool completely before mixing in the apples and cranberries.
  8. Store in an airtight container.
