Heart Of Texas Chili Recipe

• 3 pound coarse grnd beef
• 3 tbsp. salad oil
• 1 c. minced onion
• 1 c. green pepper
• 2 to 4 cloves crushed garlic

1. Saute/fry beef in oil in large kettle.
2. Add in:

beef, salad oil, onion, green pepper, garlic
