No-Cook Cranberry Relish
- 1/2 cup fresh
- frozen cranberries
- 1/4 md. orange, peeled
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- In a blender or food processor, process all ingredients until coarsely chopped.
- Cover and chill for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
