Pear Oatmeal Muffins -- Only 4 Ww Points/Serving!

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F Line muffin tin with paper liners or spray with pam.
  2. Combine dry ingredients (flour - salt) in a bowl.
  3. In a small bowl combine topping ingredients (peans and 2 tablespoons oats).
  4. In a third bowl combine remaing oats and the remainder of the ingredients (pear - egg) -- let stand for 5 minutes.
  5. And then add mixture to the flour mixture, stirring until combined.
  6. Spoon batter into prepared cups, filling about 2/3 full and then sprinkle with topping mixture (pecan/oats).
  7. and bake for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes clean.
  8. Remove and cool on rack.
