Magic Pan Scallop Shells Recipe

  1. Saute/fry mushrooms, sliced with minced onion or possibly shallots and 1/4 lb.
  2. butter till tender.
  3. Add in fresh scallops and cook 1 to 2 min.
  4. Add in 2 pkgs.
  5. defrosted spinach souffle.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Mix gently.
  8. Butter large scallop baking shells and scoop above mix into shell.
  9. Top with grated cheese.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 min till brown and bubbly.
