Easy Cheesy Soup with Beer

  1. Cook vegetables in butter in large saucepan on medium heat 5 min.
  2. or until tender, stirring frequently.
  3. Add flour; mix well.
  4. Gradually add milk, stirring until well blended.
  5. Cook 3 to 5 min.
  6. or until thickened, stirring constantly.
  7. Add cheese; cook on low heat 1 to 2 min.
  8. until melted, stirring frequently.
  9. Stir in beer.
  10. Cook until heated through.
  11. (Do not boil.)
  12. Stir in salt and pepper.
