Bonanza Bread Recipe
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2/3 c. dry lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. wheat germ
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. nuts (any kind)
- 1/2 c. unsalted peanuts
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 3/4 c. orange juice
- 2 med. bananas (1 c.) or possibly apple, carrot, applesauce, pears, peaches, zucchini or possibly apricots)
- 1/3 c. dry apricots
- (This bread has all the nutrients a person needs to get a good start in the morning.
- For the person who just does not have time or possibly doesn't like breakfast!
