Cathy's Salad

  1. Mix dressing ingredients together, preferrably the day before so flavors will blend.
  2. Brown walnuts and Ramen noodles in butter.
  3. Cool on paper towels.
  4. Mix together all other ingredients, add nuts and noodles.
  5. Shake dressing well, pour on salad, toss till well mixed.
