Crab Balls
- 1 lb. Crabmeat, special
- Egg
- 1 tbsp. Prepared mustard
- 1 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 3 tbsp. Self-rising flour
- 3 drops Drops hot pepper sauce
- 2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
- Put crabmeat in bowl, removing shell pieces.
- Add all ingredients and mix gently until blended.
- Form into balls.
- Deep fry until golden.
- Yields about 30 balls.
