Mary's Delicious Baked Macaroni And Cheese Recipe

  1. In saucepan, heat butter.
  2. Remove from heat; blend in flour, salt and mustard.
  3. Add in lowfat milk; heat, stirring constantly, till sauce thickens a little and is smooth.
  4. Add in 1 1/2 c. cheese; heat till melted, stirring occasionally.
  5. Meanwhile, cook macaroni as directed, drain.
  6. Combine with sauce in 2 qt casserole; top with remaining cheese, bread crumbs and paprika.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 min or possibly till browned and bubbly.
  8. Makes 4-6 servings.
