Mary's Coconut Kisses Recipe

• 3 egg whites
• 2 cans Angel Flake coconut
• 1/4 pound 4X sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Beat egg whites, till stiff.
2. Gently add in coconut, sugar and flavorings.
3. Drop on greased and floured cookie sheet with a tsp.. Bake in preheated 300 degree oven till tan, about 20 min.
