Spicy Lemon Yogurt Chicken
- 8 chicken cutlets
- 200 g plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 12 teaspoons crushed garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, juice and zest of, to use the juice and finely grated zest in recipe
- 13 cup almond meal
- 14 cup coriander leaves, chopped
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Place chicken on the baking dish.
- Mix all remaining ingredients together and then spread the mixture over the chicken pieces.
- Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- bake the chicken uncovered, for 30 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
- Serve with steamed vegetables or a green salad.
- Enjoy!
