Easy Picante Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Wash chicken and cut off any fat; pat dry.
  3. Take mayonnaise, and with your fingers coat the chicken breasts with it.
  4. Once coated, place in casserole dish.
  5. (You do not have to use all of the mayonnaise)
  6. Once you have all the chicken breasts in the dish, pour the bottle of picante or salsa all over the chicken to cover.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until juices run clear.
  8. Serve over rice or with veggies.
