Easy Picante Chicken
- 4 whole Chicken Breasts
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 1 bottle Picante Sauce
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Wash chicken and cut off any fat; pat dry.
- Take mayonnaise, and with your fingers coat the chicken breasts with it.
- Once coated, place in casserole dish.
- (You do not have to use all of the mayonnaise)
- Once you have all the chicken breasts in the dish, pour the bottle of picante or salsa all over the chicken to cover.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until juices run clear.
- Serve over rice or with veggies.
