An Easy Snack with Sweet Potatoes and Kinako

  1. Chop the sweet potato into 1 cm cubes, put in a heat-resistant dish, wrap in plastic wrap, then microwave for about 2 minutes.
  2. Cook until slightly tender.
  3. Melt butter in a frying pan, add the sweet potatoes, lightly saute, then add the sugar and coat evenly.
  4. Saute until browned and crisp, then transfer to a serving dish.
  5. Sprinkle kinako to taste, then serve.
