An Easy Snack with Sweet Potatoes and Kinako
- 1 medium Sweet potato
- 10 grams Unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Kinako
- Chop the sweet potato into 1 cm cubes, put in a heat-resistant dish, wrap in plastic wrap, then microwave for about 2 minutes.
- Cook until slightly tender.
- Melt butter in a frying pan, add the sweet potatoes, lightly saute, then add the sugar and coat evenly.
- Saute until browned and crisp, then transfer to a serving dish.
- Sprinkle kinako to taste, then serve.
