Jalapeno Wrapped Shrimp

  1. Cut jalapeno in half and remove seeds.
  2. Roughly chop shrimp.
  3. Fill the cavity loosely with cream cheese.
  4. Add in cooked, chopped shrimp.
  5. Wrap peppers with prosciutto.
  6. Insert a toothpick to hold together.
  7. Grill until done, about 5 minutes.
