Broccoli and Cauliflower Gratin

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Arrange florets in steamer basket over boiling water.
  2. Cover and steam 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Lightly grease a 2 quart baking dish.
  5. Arrange florets in baking dish.
  6. Stir together mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic, mustard and red pepper.
  7. Spoon over florets.
  8. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and paprika.
  9. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
