Spinach-Sesame Salad
- 14 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tblps. wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon sugar
- 18 teaspoon ginger
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 6 cups spinach, torn and packed (1/2 lb.)
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
- Mix oil, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and seasonings.
- Pour over spinach.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and egg.
- Toss lightly and serve at once.
