Easy Hands-Off Grilled Spring Rolls
- 340 grams *Ground pork
- 1 bunch *Garlic chives
- 1 bag *Bean sprouts
- 50 grams * Cellophane noodles
- 1 dash *Salt and pepper
- 2 tsp *Oyster sauce
- 15 sheets Spring roll wrappers
- Cut the garlic chives and glass noodles into 3-5cm lengths.
- Mix these with the * ingredients.
- Using your hands, break the bean sprouts into crispy bites and add them.
- Fill a spring roll wrappers with the mixture from Step 1.
- Fry in a good amount of oil until they are nice and crispy.
- Eat the spring rolls with Japanese mustard or soy sauce.
