Easy Hands-Off Grilled Spring Rolls

  1. Cut the garlic chives and glass noodles into 3-5cm lengths.
  2. Mix these with the * ingredients.
  3. Using your hands, break the bean sprouts into crispy bites and add them.
  4. Fill a spring roll wrappers with the mixture from Step 1.
  5. Fry in a good amount of oil until they are nice and crispy.
  6. Eat the spring rolls with Japanese mustard or soy sauce.
