Juicy Pork Cutlets
- 300 grams Ground pork
- 1/2 Minced onions
- 50 grams Fresh panko
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 dash each Pepper
- 1 Beaten egg
- 1 as required Fresh panko
- 1 as required Flour
- Cook the onions until translucent.
- Spread out to cool.
- Make sure to chill the meat so that the fat does not melt.
- Knead the meat mixture well.
- You can use a food processor for this.
- Divide into 5 portions and shape.
- Coat the patties in the order of white flour, beaten egg, and then fresh panko.
- If you moisten the panko with a little water, they stick easier to the patty.
- Fry in oil heated to 170-180C.
- They're so crispy.
