Sweet & Smoky Orange Glazed Chicken

  1. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in 10-inch nonstick skillet until sizzling; add onion.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 5-7 minutes or until onions are golden and caramelized.
  3. Remove from skillet; set aside.
  4. Melt remaining butter in same skillet until sizzling; add chicken.
  5. Cook over medium heat, turning once, 12-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F and juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
  6. Combine all remaining ingredients in bowl; mix well.
  7. Add to chicken, stirring constantly, 12 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  8. Stir in cooked onions.
  9. Serve sauce over chicken and hot cooked rice.
