Pasta with Creamy Garlic & Walnut Sauce

  1. Add pasta to large saucepan of boiling water; cook 10 min.
  2. or just until tender.
  3. Meanwhile, place cream, walnuts, 1/2 cup of the cheese, the garlic and salt and pepper in blender; cover.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Drain pasta; return to pan.
  6. Add sauce; mix lightly.
  7. Cook on medium heat 3 to 5 min.
  8. or just until heated through.
  9. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
