Meatballs in Tomato Sauce

  1. Combine the mince, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg, bacon, Bonox* and garlic until well mixed.
  2. Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large frypan, cook the meatballs over medium heat until browned.
  4. Remove, and drain well.
  5. Heat the pasta sauce and water in a frypan over medium heat until simmering.
  6. Return meatballs to sauce and cook for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Serve meatballs and sauce over hot pasta.
  8. Sprinkle with parmesan to serve.
