Apple & Peanut Butter

• 4 medium apples, cored and sliced
• 1/4 cup peanut butter
• 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk

1. Spread each apple with 1 Tbsp.
2. of the peanut butter.
3. Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of milk with their apple.
