  1. Combine all ingredients, except FRANKS, in saucepan.
  2. Simmer 15 min.
  3. Chill until serving time.
  4. Heat sauce in chafing dish 15 min.
  5. before serving.
  6. Add FRANK rounds; heat thoroughly.
  7. For serving, guests spear FRANKS with picks.
