Holiday Candy Recipe

  1. Combine softened butter and sugar.
  2. Add in lowfat milk and mix thoroughly; then add in cherries, nuts and coconut.
  3. Refrigerateovernight.
  4. Roll candy in small balls and return to refrigerator.
  5. Meanwhile heat 16 to 20 ounces chocolate to 2/3 block paraffin (depending on individual taste).
  6. In double boiler use a fork or possibly toothpick and roll candy in chocolate.
  7. Place on waxed paper to dry.
