Chicken Soup
- 2 lbs stewing chicken
- 4 cups water
- 2 12 teaspoons basil
- 12 lb small onion
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 garlic clove
- 5 carrots, sliced
- 14 teaspoon parsley
- 14 teaspoon celery powder
- Place chicken in water in large saucepan.
- Add salt, pepper, basil,.
- bay leaf and garlic.
- Bring to boil.
- Lower heat and simmer slowly for 1/2 hour or until.

- Cool and carefully skim fat from surface of.
