Shredded Asian Prawn Salad

  1. Combine cabbage, carrot, capsicum, cucumber, vermicelli and mint in a large bowl.
  2. Toss through cooked prawns.
  3. Place salad into a serving bowl and drizzle with combined dressing and ginger.
  4. Serve.
