Potato Croquette Sandwich

  1. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients except for the bread and cabbage.
  2. Don't over-crush the croquette so that you can cut it later.
  3. Spread margarine (separate from the listed amount) lightly over both slices of bread.
  4. Put the mixture from Step 1 onto one slice of bread, and shredded cabbage on the other.
  5. Toast in a toaster oven.
  6. Sandwich the two slices of bread together.
  7. Cut in to easy-to-eat pieces and serve.
