Lisa's Cheesy Beef Hashbrown Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Mix thawed hashbrowns and about 1/2 cup butter, onion, bell pepper, seasonings.
  3. Mix Mild rotel, sour cream, softened cream cheese, cooked beef.
  4. Add the hashbrown mixture to the beef mixture, and stir it all together.
  5. Add some of the shredded cheeses.and stir all up again.
  6. Put in a baking dish, sprayed with Pam and sprinkle more shredded cheese on top.
  7. Then bake until done.
  8. Tip: You can also sprinkle some Panko crumbs or crushed corn flakes mixed with butter on top as well.
  9. Also, you can cook your beef with some of the onion and bell pepper first.
  10. Tip: sometimes I also add just a little bit of A1 sauce, some of the onion and bell pepper to the ground beef while its cooking, too.
