Spinach with Chinese sausage
- 1 bunch spinach, washed and cut into bite size
- 1 chinese sausage, sliced into coin size
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- Heat cooking oil in frying pan using medium heat.
- Stir fry sausage till sizzling.
- Add in spinach.
- Stir fry till softened and well cooked.
- Spinach itself contains water so don't have to add any water.
