Crispy Easter Nests

• 14 ounces coconut, shredded (desiccated) sweetened
• 7.5 ounces marshmallows fluff
• 3 cups rice krispies
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
• 1 x nonstick cooking spray
• 1 x coconut as needed
• 1 x almonds as needed
• 1 x cereal as needed, for topiing

1. Place sweetened flake coconut in a bowl.
2. Use a toothpick to apply and stir in a few drops of green food dye.
3. Let dry.
4. Melt Marshmallow Fluff in a pan over medium-low heat, stirring, until soft and pliable.
5. Stir in Rice Krispies.
6. Stir in chocolate chips; remove from heat.
7. Arrange 8 paper cupcake liners on a work surface.
8. Mist hands with cooking spray.
9. Gather a small amount of cereal mixture and shape to fit into a cupcake liner.
10. Add more cereal to make a rim around top.
11. Let cool.
12. Make 7 more.
13. Fill each nest with a bit of coconut and 3 Jordan almonds.
