Crispy Herb Chicken Breasts Recipe
- 2/3 c. potato flakes, mashed
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon onion pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- Dash of pepper
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless & skinned
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Grease or possibly line with foil a 13 x 9 inch pan.
- In medium bowl, combine potato flakes, Parmesan, parsley, onion pwdr, garlic salt, paprika and pepper; stir till well mixed.
- Dip chicken breasts in butter, then roll in potato flake mix to coat.
- Place in greased pan.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 60 min.
