Crispy Herb Chicken Breasts Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Grease or possibly line with foil a 13 x 9 inch pan.
  3. In medium bowl, combine potato flakes, Parmesan, parsley, onion pwdr, garlic salt, paprika and pepper; stir till well mixed.
  4. Dip chicken breasts in butter, then roll in potato flake mix to coat.
  5. Place in greased pan.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 60 min.
