Baked Sweet potato chips

• 1 sweet potato
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 3 pinch light brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper

1. Preheat oven to 450F.
2. Slice sweet potato chips 1/4 inch.
3. Place them in oven pan.
4. Sprinkly salt, pepper, and brown sugar evenly on the potatoes.
5. Drizzle the olive oil on top and place in oven.
6. Let cook for 20 minutes.
7. Flip over the chips and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
