Ketchup Flavored Stir-Fry: Great with Pork or Chicken

  1. Cut the meat up into easy to eat pieces and put in a bowl.
  2. Add the mayonnaise and mix.
  3. Coat the meat with katakuriko.
  4. Stir fry the meat in a frying pan over medium heat until cooked.
  5. (If the meat is very lean, add a little oil first.)
  6. Combine the ingredients in a bowl to make the sauce.
  7. It already has mirin in it, so taste before adding the condensed milk or sugar; it may already taste sweet enough for you.
  8. Add the sauce to the frying pan and mix well.
  9. Add some aonori seaweed powder to finish!
  10. You can even make this with chicken skin.
  11. A lot of oil comes out of chicken skins, so wipe it out before adding the sauce to the frying pan.
