Ketchup Flavored Stir-Fry: Great with Pork or Chicken
- 200 to 250 grams Pork or chicken
- 1 to 2 teaspoons Mayonnaise
- 1 Katakuriko
- 40 grams Ketchup
- 10 to 20 grams Mirin
- 5 grams Sweetened condensed milk or sugar
- 1 Aonori
- Cut the meat up into easy to eat pieces and put in a bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise and mix.
- Coat the meat with katakuriko.
- Stir fry the meat in a frying pan over medium heat until cooked.
- (If the meat is very lean, add a little oil first.)
- Combine the ingredients in a bowl to make the sauce.
- It already has mirin in it, so taste before adding the condensed milk or sugar; it may already taste sweet enough for you.
- Add the sauce to the frying pan and mix well.
- Add some aonori seaweed powder to finish!
- You can even make this with chicken skin.
- A lot of oil comes out of chicken skins, so wipe it out before adding the sauce to the frying pan.
