Orange Country Style Ribs

  1. Cut ribs into 1 rib portions.
  2. For sauce, combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
  3. Place ribs on grill, about about 6 inches above slow coals.
  4. Close hood of grill and cook about 20 min.
  5. turn ribs and cook, covered, 20 min.
  6. more.
  7. Brush ribs with sauce and cook covered, 25 to 35 min.
  8. more or until done, turning and basting frequently with sauce.
  9. Watch carefully so ribs don't burn.
