Wasabi Christmas Potatoes

• 2 12 lbs yukon gold potatoes
• 1 red pepper, fine chopped
• 1 carrot, fine chopped
• 3 green onions, chopped
• 1 tablespoon wasabi powder
• 1 cup half-and-half cream
• 2 tablespoons butter
• sea salt
• fresh cracked pepper

1. Boil potatoes.
2. fine chop:.
3. red pepper.
4. celery.
5. carrots.
6. green onions.
7. mash potatoes.
8. add all ingredients.
9. and mash.

gold potatoes, red pepper, carrot, green onions, wasabi powder, cream, butter, salt, fresh cracked pepper
