Asparagus Ham Quiche Recipe
- 20 ounce asparagus spears
- 1 lb ham -- cooked -- minced
- 2 c. swiss cheese -- shredded
- 1/2 c. onion -- minced
- 6 x Large eggs
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. buttermilk baking mix
- 2 Tbsp. dry vegetable flakes
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- In two greased 9 inch pie plates, layer the asparagus, ham, cheese, and onion.
- In a bowl, beat Large eggs.
- Add in remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Divide in half and pour over asparagus mix in each pie plate.
- Bake at 375F for 30 min or possibly till a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
