Superfoods Greens and Chocolate Smoothie
- 1 scoop RawBurst, berry blend (Rawburst berry supplement)
- 1 teaspoon sea vegetables (Emerald Sea supplement)
- 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder (Action Whey)
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds or 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 12 cup watercress
- 4 ounces milk or 4 ounces non-dairy milk substitute
- 2 cups ice
- Blend all ingredients except whey protein at high speed setting.
- Add whey protein and blend at lower speed setting.
- Serve and enjoy!
