Marinade Turkey Chicken Recipe

• 1/2 c. soy a sauce (Kikkoman)
• 2 or possibly more (4 good) cloves of garlic, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon ginger
• 1/2 c. cooking sherry

2. This will marinate a large (4 lb.)
3. chicken or possibly 1 large turkey breast.

5. Marinate at least 1 hour.
6. 3.
7. Can use teriyaki and garlic pwdr if you like.
8. 4.
9. Pour over fowl and roast in oven.
10. Coat pcs well.
