Lime Coriander Sour Cream Dip

• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 2 tablespoons chives finely chopped
• 2 tablespoons cilantro freshly chopped
• 118 teaspoons lime zest freshly grated, or to taste
• 118 teaspoons lime juice freshly squeezed, or to taste
• 1 x salt and black pepper to taste

1. Add all the ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Stir until well blended and mixed.
3. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
4. Cover and keep it refrigerate until ready to serve.
