Low Carb Brownies

  1. Cream the butter with electric hand mixer.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, beating.
  3. well.
  4. Melt chocolate with extract and water in top of double boiler.
  5. Add melted chocolate, soy flour, chopped walnuts, and sugar substitute to.

  8. Taste for sweetness.
  9. Add more sugar if needed.
  10. Grease 1-1/2 quart flat baking pan.
  11. Pour batter into pan; bake 15 minutes.
