Turkey Sausage & Sauerkraut Recipe

  1. Peel potatoes and cut into bite size chunks.
  2. Parboil for a few min till slightly soft.
  3. Drain.
  4. Cut carrots into bite size chunks.
  5. Add in cut up turkey sausage, whole can of sauerkraut, undrained, potatoes, carrots and 2 c. chicken broth.
  6. Simmer 1 1/2 hrs, uncovered.
  7. Add in green beans in last 15 min of cooking time.
  8. Serves 4 easily.
