Salsa Verde and Goat Cheese Wraps

  1. Divide goat cheese evenly among tortillas and spread, leaving about a 1/2-inch edge all around.
  2. If salsa is liquidy, drain some liquid using a fine-mesh strainer before using.
  3. Spread salsa (about 1 tablespoon) over goat cheese on each tortilla, then roll them up.
  4. Place on a large platter and microwave just until warmed, about 3 minutes.
  5. Place each roll-up on an individual plate, cut in half crosswise and serve right away.
