Velvet Fudge Sauce Recipe
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 tbsp. corn syrup
- 6 ounce. pkg. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except vanilla.
- Cook over medium heat till mix boils, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat to low; cook 8 min, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Serve hot over ice cream or possibly dessert.
- Cover; store in refrigerator.
- Makes 2 2/3 c..
