Red, White, and Blue Brownie Parfait

• 1 1/2 c. heavy cream
• 1/2 c. granulated sugar
• 1 8 oz. Cream Cheese
• 2 c. brownie, diced
• 10 oz. raspberries
• 6 oz. blueberries

1. In large bowl, combine heavy cream and granulated sugar, using hand-held mixer.
2. Beat on high until soft peaks hold.
3. In separate bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
4. Fold cream cheese into whipped cream.
5. Transfer mixture a plastic bag with a corner cut off.
6. Assemble glasses with alternating layers of cream, brownie and fruit.
7. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
