Veggie Turkey Burrito Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. grnd turkey
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1/4 c. cauliflower
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 c. broccoli, minced
- 1 c. carrots
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 ounce. green chilies
- 1 c. kidney beans
- 1/4 c. dill pickles, minced
- 1 can of corn, liquid removed
- 10 flour tortillas
- 20 tbsp. heinz BBQ sauce ( 2 tbsp. per serving)
- Picante sauce
- 1 1/4 c. shredded Lite Line Cheddar cheese (1 ounce. per serving)
- Combine cauliflower, bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, and celery in pot, and steam.
- Brown turkey in skillet and season with taco seasoning.
- Mix turkey, onion, pickles, garlic, kidney beans, green chilies and corn with steamed minced vegetables.
- Add in BBQ sauce and mix well.
- Fill flour tortillas with mix, sprinkle with cheese and wrap.
- At time of serving, heat burrito and sauce in the microwave.
- Cover heated burrito with sauce and dig in!
- Serves 10.
